Question

Something you've done all your life can become part of you, part of your identity. What would it be like to have it taken away from you. You can't see life without it, it's like losing something close to you, or something that has been there ever since you can remember, something to go to, something to do, something that describes you as a person.
 12 years. And was around it before that...more than half of your life. Every summer, every winter...and then the whole year. More and more time is spent on it and a bunch of yours and parents money and time. It's what your going to do with your life in the future and what you are doing now. It will be your career, and it is your life. Not stopping. No matter what it means. Can't.


Is this reasonable, or is it completely irrational?

    I mean everyone should go for what their dream is, nobody should ever listen to the discouragements of others - you can do anything you try with time, just as long as you put your heart into it and you want it as much as breathing. If you're just half-assing it - don't expect to get it on the first try, or, in most cases, get it at all!

    So whatever you are doing - give yourself as a whole to it and keep on rising.
